GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
The YMCA of Youngstown offers a large variety of Group Fitness classes that are included with your membership. To mention just a few, we have several styles of Yoga, Mat-based Pilates, Water Aerobics, Step, Sculpting, Drums Alive, Tabata, and numerous Active Older Adult classes. We also offer Les Mills BODYPUMP™ classes.
The Davis Family YMCA also offers Bodhi, Pilates Exo Chair and three levels of Pilates Reformer for additional fees. These classes are also available to non-members.
The Central YMCA also offers 12 Rounds (circuit training) and Jump Stretch (resistance training with bands). These classes are great for all levels of fitness from beginner to expert.

In case you haven’t noticed, Pickleball is a “big thing” at the Davis Y in the mornings! A mixture of tennis, ping pong and badminton, our gym courts are are kept busy with game after game. It is a great activity for ANY age. Players young, old and anywhere in between are able to participate and have a great time.
