Published Work, With the Right Context

Our Google Ads case studies report documented lead counts and cost per lead with the methodology and caveats behind them. Our portfolio also shows work we have published for business, community, and YMCA organizations. These examples highlight the website experience; they do not imply performance metrics that have not been documented.

01

Google Ads case studies

Three detailed Google Ads case studies report recorded leads and cost per lead for defined periods, with how leads were counted and what the numbers cannot show. They report lead counts, not sales or revenue, and results are not guaranteed.

Modern Industries (heat treating campaigns only) went from 56 real leads in calendar 2024 to 676 from October 2025 to September 2026, with cost per lead moving from $190 to $34. Allegheny Wood Works recorded 125 leads at $53 each in March 2026; its case study shows three annual periods and explains why quote-request tracking added in October 2024 limits comparisons with the earliest year. Houston Luxury Restrooms documents an account and measurement rebuild where earlier form leads were not tracked, so its before and after lead figures are explicitly not comparable.

Meadville Family YMCA

The published Meadville Family YMCA mockup presents the organization’s website on desktop, laptop, and phone screens. Program information, community imagery, and a clear connection to the YMCA brand are visible across those layouts.

For a nonprofit website discussion, the relevant questions are how visitors find programs, how they take the next step, and how staff maintain current information. We establish those requirements with your team rather than assuming that a similar-looking website has the same operational needs.

Camp Fitch YMCA

Camp Fitch YMCA is featured in the published website portfolio. The responsive presentation is a useful reference for a mission-driven organization communicating programs and experiences to families and participants.

A program-focused project needs accurate offerings, understandable navigation, and an appropriate path to registration or inquiry. Content ownership and the connection to existing program systems are part of the planning conversation.

YMCA of Youngstown

YMCA of Youngstown is another published website example in the Soap Effect portfolio. It supports discussion of consistent branding and responsive presentation within a YMCA context.

Associations and locations may have different program, membership, publishing, and system requirements. The design reference informs the conversation, but the actual information architecture and integrations are scoped for each organization.

Business and community work

The broader website portfolio also includes examples such as Washington Township and Alpine Polytech. YMCA work is an important specialization, not the limit of Soap Effect’s marketing and development offering.

Explore the original portfolio galleries for the published examples. For a new project, we can discuss the most relevant reference, proposed deliverables, and the criteria used to judge whether the work has met your goal.

06

Measure your project on its own terms

Website presentation, campaign results, and operational improvement are different kinds of evidence. A screenshot demonstrates published design work; it does not prove a conversion lift or a revenue result.

We agree on meaningful baseline measures and acceptance checks for your engagement. For applications and AI, that can include complete task journeys, reliable data changes, evaluation cases, and a practical handover.
